Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
275 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
13 Push-ups
9 Box jumps, 24 inch box
14 Rounds + 10 Push-ups
Deadlift form was good all the way through to the end. I just kept plugging along. I wanted 15 rounds, but I'm good with what I did.
